Updates on major things⦠ok so I taught my first water aerobics class on Monday night. It was cute. The women and man were enthusiastic and were willing to take a leap with me (literally and figuratively since I make them do these leap/pull exercises). I had a blast and really enjoy teaching as well as doing water aerobics.
I have lost 5 lbs. I know this is not a blog about weight loss but as a girl who has always been a little more then most it is always an accomplishment to lose a bit.
I have stepped up my training for the triathlon. Yesterday I started the interval training where I bike five miles, ran a mile and a half and then swam the 500 meter distance. This is approximately half of what the tri will be. It was pretty easy. Now I know that it will be harder in the morning but hopefully the adrenaline with kick in and I can really achieve a good time.
Now I know I am going to slow. I am definitely not an amazing athlete but this year is really fulfilling a lot of my dreams as a minor athlete.
My work is doing the biggest loser thing. We all put 10 dollars in and in 12 weeks the winner gets to keep the cash. I am still not sure if I am going to do it
